How do I return my items?

If you want to return items you ordered from foliofettle.com, our return process is straightforward and easy to follow:

1. Go to foliofettle.com and log into your account.
2. Use the returns section on the site to start your return request. You will need your returns reference number, which can be found on the returns note that came with your package.
3. Choose how you’d like to return your parcel — you can either drop it off at a participating location or arrange a collection from your address.
4. If you choose to drop off your parcel, take it to your preferred drop-off point with the QR code that is generated when you arrange the return online. This QR code will allow the drop-off location to print your return label for you.
5. If you choose a collection, print the returns address label from foliofettle.com and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, ensuring the original delivery label is no longer visible.
6. Make sure to tick the items you are returning on the returns note and place both the items and the returns note inside the parcel.
7. Keep your proof of return — such as a receipt or tracking confirmation — until your refund has been processed. Once your return is complete, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you used.
